FAMILY CONSTELLATION
Family Constellation is a way to understand systemic patterns, behaviours and tendencies and how they may be influenced by previous generations. It is a way to look at these patterns and understand the root causes and release these traumas and emotions that hamper us from living our lives to the fullest.
This is a one on one session where we will create a safe space to look at the issue at hand. We will use dolls or any other objects to represent your family members or elements that are part of the issue we are looking at to create a visual map of the Family Constellation focus for this session. This will enable us to ‘see’ the dynamics at play and understand as well as acknowledge these patterns and release them. In doing this, it allows space for a new movement and possibly a new way of being so that we may move forward in life to the best of our potential.
Session Between 1 -1.5 Hours

(Above 90 minutes is RM50 additional)
Zoom or in-person
RM100 additional if session exceeds 2 hours.

Hana is a certified ISA-MM Institute, Germany Family Constellation practitioner. She studied under Monika Wyss and has taken courses by Mark Wolynn in Family Constellation. In her personal journey she has studied many modalities, including crystal healing, energy healing, reiki, and SRT.
